Veg Curries

MUSHROOM DRUMSTICK CURRY:


Ingredients:
Drumsticks-2 (medium sized)-cut into pieces of 1 inch
Green Peas-1/2 cup
Tomatoes-3
Mushrooms-1 cup
Onions-3 (medium sized)
Green Chilies-2
Ginger Garlic paste-1tbsp
Chili Powder
Salt
Turmeric
Oil
Garam masala
Water
Coriander for Garnish

Method:
1.Boil Green peas and Drum stick pieces in a cooker till 3 whistles.
2.Boil Mushrooms in another vessel  till they are cooked (add a pinch of salt while boiling).
3.Heat pan and pour oil and add Green chilies and finely chopped onions and fry till golden brown.
4.Add Ginger Garlic paste and saute till it fries.
5.Add finely chopped tomatoes and fry till cooked.Add boiled Mushrooms and cook for 2 mins.Then add boiled Green peas and Drum stick pieces and  cook for 2 mins.
6.Add all the spices(salt,chili powder,turmeric,garam masala) and cook for 1 min.Now add  2 glasses of water and cook for 10 mins.
7.Garnish it with coriander and the curry is ready to serve.

MIXED VEG CURRY:

Ingredients:
Onions: 3 (medium sized)
Green Peas: 1 cup
French Beans: 1/2 cup
Cauliflower pieces: 1 cup
Potato pieces: 1/2 cup
Carrot pieces: 1/2 cup
Green Chilies: 2
Ginger Garlic paste: 1 tbsp
Spices (Salt,Chili powder,Turmeric,Garam Masala) to Taste
Cloves, Cardamom seeds,Cinnamon
Cream: 1/4 cup
Water
Coriander for Garnish


Method of Preparation:

1.Mix all the Vegetables and boil them till cooked.
2.Heat Pan and pour oil and add Cloves, Cardamom seeds,Cinnamon and fry for 1 min then add finely chopped onions and sliced green chilies and fry till they turn golden brown.
3.Add Ginger Garlic paste and fry for 2 mins.Now add the boiled Vegetables and cook for 2 mins.
4.Now add all the spices and mix well.Now add 1/2 cup water and boil it for 5 mins (Note: Boiling is only for mixing up all the Ingredients properly,should be done only for less time because the vegetables are precooked already.)
5.Garnish it with coriander and the curry is ready to serve.
